A Full Spectrum of Allied Health
Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or working through the emotional impact of illness, our team of experienced practitioners is here to help. We offer physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and psychology — working together to support every aspect of your recovery.
"Move better. Feel stronger. Live fully."
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapists use evidence-based techniques to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating a sports injury, we'll build a personalised treatment plan to get you back to your best.
Conditions we treat
What to expect
Your first appointment includes a thorough assessment of your condition, movement, and goals. From there, we'll design a hands-on treatment plan that may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to support your long-term recovery.

"Regain independence. Return to what matters."
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists help adults recover the skills and confidence needed for everyday life. We focus on meaningful activities — from personal care and home management to work and leisure — supporting you to live as independently as possible after injury, illness, or disability.
Conditions we treat
What to expect
We begin with a comprehensive functional assessment to understand your daily challenges and goals. Treatment is practical and goal-focused, often taking place in your home or community environment to ensure real-world results.
Accepted funding
"Find your voice. Reconnect with the world."
Speech Pathology
Our speech pathologists specialise in adult communication and swallowing disorders. We work with people who have experienced stroke, traumatic brain injury, or progressive neurological conditions to restore and maximise their communication and swallowing function.
Conditions we treat
What to expect
Your initial session involves a detailed assessment of your communication and/or swallowing abilities. We'll explain our findings clearly and work with you — and your family if appropriate — to set meaningful goals and a tailored therapy plan.
Accepted funding
"Support your mind. Strengthen your recovery."
Psychology
Recovery isn't just physical. Our registered psychologists provide evidence-based therapy to support adults managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and the psychological challenges that often accompany injury or illness. We offer a safe, non-judgmental space to work through what's holding you back.
Conditions we treat
What to expect
Your first session is a chance to share your story and discuss what you'd like to work on. We use evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help you build resilience, develop coping strategies, and move forward with confidence.
